Adder's Tongue - Adder's tongue is an ordinary plant that grows in swamps and dark forests. It consists of a single green leaf that stands 10 to 12 inches tall, resembling a serpent's tongue. At the base of the plant is a small collection of short leaves and its roots grow beneath the soil. Adder's tongue is sought after by alchemists who whose the plant's main leaf in their experiments.

Aticha Plant - This large-leafed plant has thick roots and several stems that sprout flowering buds. During certain months of the year, the plant secretes an oily resin. The resin can be harvested and processed to make oil products. A single aticha plant produces enough oil to fill one flask; however, the oil must be processed through a filtration system before achieving high enough quality for sale. Unfiltered oil is harder to ignite, causes only 1d2 actual damage per flask, burns for only 30 minutes, and sells for 75 silver coins per flask. Because the filtration of the oil is an expensive process, only largest cities have the facilities necessary to produce high quality oil. Lastly, aticha plants cause serious illness when consumed.

Bayberry Shrub - The bayberry is a type of shrub that grows roughly three feet in height. It has a dark green coloration and long leaves that are broader at the base and thinner at the tip. Bayberry bushes also have berries, which are red and purple in color. These berries are edible. Alchemists use the largest and plumpest of the berries in their recipes; however, the berries spoil a few days after being plucked from the shrub. Bayberry shrubs grow in swamps.

Belladonna - The belladonna plant grows in dark, wild forests. The main plant is a jumble of dark green leaves that surround a central stalk that stands close to 10 inches tall. The stalk, or sprig, is often dry and brittle. Belladonna is not edible and will make a person or animal that consumes it sick. The sickness reduces the victim's strength and movement rate by 50% for a period of 1d4 days. Alchemists use the plant's sprig for their concoctions.

Black Juniper - Black juniper is a shrub that grows in mountainous regions. The main shrub is a thick, woody stem with dozens of thin branches that support clusters of black leaves. The plant stands about a two feet tall. At certain times of the year, the black juniper shrubs produce cones that contain seeds. The great majority of the seeds are tiny but a few are plump. The plump seeds are useful as ingredients in alchemist's recipes.
