Multiple Heads. Although most tursks have two heads, there are rare occasions where three or even four headed tursks have been encountered. Each head sways gently and rhythmically during combat. The tursk can aim its attack on the same victim or split its attacks between multiple victims, providing they are within melee range. In the rare case where a tursk has more than two heads, the beast gains an additional attack for each additional head.

Actions

MultiAttack. The tursk makes two bite attacks.
Bite. Melee weapon attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit 14 (2d12) piercing damage.

Tursks are large, two-headed snakes. The main body of the creature reaches a length of ten feet with the front portion ending in two hooded, fanged heads. Their scales range from dark green to dark brown and sometimes designs can be found upon the back of their wide hoods. They are aggressive hunters and attack prey with great ferocity.

Tursks dwell in forests and dismal swamps. They feed on small mammals and reptiles but attack humanoids as well. Tursk scales can be harvested and sold for the equivalent of 5 gp each.
